Day 1: Chandigarh to Jammu (Approx. 340 km / 7–8 hours)

Your journey to the dreamlike valleys of Kashmir begins with a scenic drive from Chandigarh to Jammu, the winter capital of Jammu & Kashmir. En route, enjoy the changing landscapes from plains to the rolling hills of the Shivalik range. On reaching Jammu, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, you may visit Raghunath Temple or explore the local market. Overnight stay in Jammu.

Day 2: Jammu to Srinagar (Approx. 270 km / 8–9 hours)

Start early for a long yet enchanting drive from Jammu to Srinagar. The route takes you through Udhampur, Patnitop, Banihal, and the Jawahar Tunnel, opening up to the mesmerizing views of the Kashmir Valley. Arrive in Srinagar by evening and check into your hotel or traditional houseboat on Dal Lake. Spend the evening at leisure. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 3: Srinagar Sightseeing – Mughal Gardens & Shikara Ride

After a refreshing breakfast, begin your day with visits to Srinagar’s famed Mughal Gardens – Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi. Next, head to the Shankaracharya Temple, offering a panoramic view of the city and Dal Lake. In the evening, enjoy a tranquil Shikara ride on Dal Lake, drifting past floating gardens, lotus blooms, and traditional houseboats. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 4: Excursion to Gulmarg (Approx. 50 km / 2 hours one way)

Post breakfast, drive to Gulmarg, one of Kashmir’s most beloved destinations, known for its meadows and snowy landscapes. Enjoy the Gondola ride up to Apharwat Peak, indulge in snow activities (seasonal), or walk along scenic trails. Visit the Gulmarg Golf Course and take in the fresh mountain air. Return to Srinagar by evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 5: Srinagar to Pahalgam (Approx. 90 km / 3 hours)

After breakfast, leave for Pahalgam, the “Valley of Shepherds.” En route, visit the Saffron Fields of Pampore, the ruins of Avantipur Temples, and apple orchards lining the road. On arrival in Pahalgam, relax by the Lidder River, explore the town’s cozy cafes and shops, or take a short walk into nature. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 6: Pahalgam Local Sightseeing & Return to Srinagar

Begin your day by visiting Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Baisaran (Mini Switzerland) — all scenic spots that offer breathtaking views of pine forests, snow-capped peaks, and meadows. You can hire a local pony or simply trek through the trails. Later in the afternoon, drive back to Srinagar. Check-in and relax. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 7: Srinagar to Chandigarh (By Road or Flight)

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Srinagar Airport for your return flight to Chandigarh, or opt for a scenic drive back if desired. Carry along beautiful memories of Kashmir's natural beauty, culture, and warmth.
